I have found that when the color printer shows a jammed notice I have opened the paper tray, taken out a few of the sheets and shut the drawer. I then push the big button on upper, right side of the printer the front will drop open towards you showing the color inkjets. Just close the front up tight and it should reset and Viola, the message should disappear and print your color sheets. I also notice when the jam message appears is right after paper has been added to the tray and there is too much paper. Just a thought.
